This Privacy Policy explains what CareerCaseOS™ (“CareerCaseOS,” “the Service,” “we,” “us”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. CareerCaseOS is operated by Conscious Creation Pathways, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). The Company is the data controller for the personal information described here.
CareerCaseOS is a personal career-intelligence tool built for one person: you, an individual employee or worker. It is never employer-facing. We do not build dashboards for employers, we do not sell your data, and we never share your content with your employer. That is a founding commitment, not a setting you have to find.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Conscious Creation Pathways, LLC operates CareerCaseOS as an online service from Delaware, USA. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, email [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We collect only what the Service needs to work for you:
- Account email. We sign you in with a one-time email link (“magic link”). We do not create or store passwords, so there is no password for anyone to steal.
- Onboarding answers. Your responses to questions about your own work situation, used to generate your career reads.
- Accomplishments and notes. Free-text entries you write about your own work — wins, proof of value, reflections you choose to save.
- High-sensitivity workplace reflections. Some prompts invite reflection on workplace relationships and dynamics. These are treated as a separate, more sensitive class. By default this class is handled on a per-session, not-stored basis — it is used to generate your read in the moment and is not written to your saved record unless you explicitly choose to store it. See Section 5.
- AI-generated artifacts. The career reads, snapshots, and other outputs the Service generates for you from your inputs.
- Usage metadata. Basic technical and usage information — for example, that a request was made, its type, timing, and error codes — used to run, secure, and improve the Service. Our logs are designed not to include the raw content of your answers.
We do not ask for, and you should not enter, information about other people. CareerCaseOS is about your own work and is never used to profile, score, or rank anyone else.
3. Why we use your information, and our legal bases
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service — generate your career reads and save your work (to perform our contract with you).
- Sign you in securely by magic link (contract, and our legitimate interest in account security).
- Send you service email such as sign-in links and receipts (contract; see Section 9).
- Keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems (our legitimate interests, and legal obligations).
- Process payments if you buy a subscription or report (contract).
Where the law requires consent for a specific use — for instance, choosing to store high-sensitivity reflections — we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. AI processing
CareerCaseOS uses third-party AI providers (for example, Anthropic) to generate your career reads and artifacts. When you request a read, the relevant inputs are sent to the AI provider to produce the output, which is returned to you.
AI outputs are guidance, not guarantees. They are not legal, financial, or employment advice, and they are not a promise of any promotion, job, salary, or other outcome. You decide what to do with them.
5. Sensitive content and your not-stored option
We know some of what you reflect on — how you are perceived, difficult workplace relationships — is sensitive. We handle it with extra care:
- High-sensitivity reflections default to per-session, not stored: used to produce your read in that session, then not retained in your saved record.
- You may choose to store this content so your read can build over time. That choice is yours and reversible.
- This content is never used to profile third parties, and is never shared with an employer.
6. Who we share information with (subprocessors)
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with your employer. We use a small set of vetted service providers (“subprocessors”) strictly to run the Service on our behalf:
- AI providers (for example, Anthropic) — to generate your career reads and artifacts.
- Resend — to deliver transactional email such as sign-in links and receipts.
- Stripe — to process payments if and when paid plans are active. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the application and store your data securely.
Each subprocessor is permitted to use your information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a business transfer (in which case this Policy continues to govern your information).
7. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the Service working, including sign-in and account security. Non-essential analytics, marketing, and preference cookies or scripts are off unless you choose them in the cookie banner or preference center. We do not run advertising trackers without consent.

8. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your account data and saved content promptly and completely, with no retained copy for our own use. We may keep limited records where the law requires (for example, payment and tax records). Content you chose not to store is not retained after your session in the first place.
9. Service email
To use CareerCaseOS you consent to receive transactional email from us — magic sign-in links, receipts, and important account or security notices — sent through Resend. These are required to operate your account and are separate from any optional marketing email, which you can decline or unsubscribe from at any time.
10. Your rights: export and delete, always free
You can export all of your data at any time from your account (“Download my data” provides your information in a portable JSON file), and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Both are free and never put behind a paywall. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent — email [email protected] and we will help. 11. Children
CareerCaseOS is for adults in the workforce. It is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including passwordless sign-in and minimized logging. No online service can promise perfect security, but we design to reduce what could be exposed.
13. International note
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed here and by our subprocessors. By using the Service you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
