This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid CareerCaseOS™ products, offered by Conscious Creation Pathways, LLC (Delaware, USA). Paid features may be inactive at launch; this policy applies when they are active. It is meant to be fair and plain — no tricks, no hoops, no dark patterns. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions (Core / Pro)
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Recent renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it, provided you have not made substantial use of the new period. We would rather refund an honest mistake than keep money you did not mean to spend.
- Partial periods. Outside that window, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable, but tell us your situation — we review requests in good faith and will do the fair thing.
2. One-time reports (Entry Kit)
- A one-time report is delivered as a digital product. Because it is generated and delivered to you, it is generally non-refundable once delivered.
- If something went wrong — you were charged but did not receive your report, were charged more than once, or the report failed to generate — contact us within 14 days and we will re-deliver it or refund you.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Tell us what you bought and what happened — that is enough. You do not need to justify yourself beyond the facts, and there is no phone tree or retention gauntlet to get through.
4. Timeframe
We aim to respond within 3 business days and to approve eligible refunds promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several additional business days for the money to appear.
5. Free trials
If we offer a free trial, we will tell you clearly, before you start, when it ends and what you will be charged if you keep the plan. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. If a trial converts to a paid plan and you did not intend that, the recent-renewal rule in Section 1 applies.
6. Your free rights are never affected
Exporting and deleting your data is always free and is never tied to a refund. Whether or not you request a refund, you can download all of your data and delete your account at any time.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback, and we would rather fix it directly. If you do file a chargeback, we may need to suspend paid features while your bank reviews the dispute. We do not penalize you for a good-faith dispute.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the effective date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
