Exporting and deleting account data are free product rights inside CareerCaseOS. Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent.
1. How to make a request
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us what you need. We may ask for verification before fulfilling requests that affect account data.
2. Response workflow
- Log the request and source.
- Verify the requester controls the account email.
- Fulfill, deny with reason, or request clarification.
- Record completion metadata without storing raw career content in the admin workflow.
3. Do Not Sell/Share and GPC readiness
CareerCaseOS does not sell personal information. We are building “Do Not Sell/Share” and Global Privacy Control readiness even if current business size thresholds may not yet require all CCPA/CPRA duties.
4. No employer-facing use
Privacy requests never route to an employer. CareerCaseOS is B2C only, and user career content is not shared with an employer-facing dashboard.
