Exporting and deleting account data are free product rights inside CareerCaseOS. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent.
1. Immediate account controls
Your Account page includes a data export and permanent account deletion. Those controls are usually the fastest route when they match what you need.
2. Submit a verified request
Sign in so the request can be verified against your account and shown only to you.
3. Request status
Sign in to view request history associated with your account.
4. Do Not Sell/Share and Global Privacy Control
CareerCaseOS does not sell personal information. A Do Not Sell/Share request can be recorded above. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the app also turns analytics and marketing permission off and records that signal as the source of the denial.
5. Response workflow
- Record the request and source.
- Verify control of the signed-in account when needed.
- Fulfill, deny with reason, or request clarification.
- Record completion metadata without placing raw career content in the admin queue.
6. No employer-facing use
Privacy requests never route to an employer. CareerCaseOS is B2C only, and user career content is not shared with an employer-facing dashboard.
