CareerCaseOS uses service providers only to operate the Service for individual users. We do not sell user data and we never share user career content with an employer.
Current subprocessors
- Anthropic. AI generation for career reads and artifacts.
- OpenAI. Reserved/allowed only where the code-owned AI route policy permits it.
- Resend. Transactional email, lifecycle email, contact, topic, and delivery-event handling.
- Stripe. Checkout, billing, customer portal, and payment records.
- Neon / PostgreSQL hosting. Application database storage.
- Vercel or application hosting provider. Application hosting and deployment infrastructure.
AI disclosure
AI providers receive only the inputs needed for the requested feature. High sensitivity routes are constrained by the code-owned AI route policy and cannot be changed from the admin panel to an unapproved provider.
Changes
We may update this list as providers change. Material changes require owner/legal review before production launch.
